Northwestern University's NBI -- Neighborhood Business Initiative

The Arboretum Business Center has been chosen to receive pro-bono consulting work from a team from Kellogg Graduate School's Neighborhood Business Initiative. They are investigating the potential for strategic expansion of the Business Center's services to include an e-mail contact and response center. NBI consultants are producing a market sizing for the e-mail response business, evaluating entry strategies, and proposing alliances with other local for and nonprofit organizations. The market sizing deliverable requires extensive research in addition to in depth interviews with industry experts and business leaders. A variety of entry strategies will be presented along with a recommendation.
